Register today to attend the 2020 California Water Law Symposium Water & Federalism: Shifts in State/Federal Roles and Relations. The event is on Saturday, February 1, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by a networking reception!

We are pleased to announce Clifford T. Lee, Deputy Attorney General of the California Department of Justice, will be our keynote speaker.

This is a collaborative, student run event held each year by a northern California law school. This year’s conference will be held at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.

Panels will feature professionals from all aspects of water law, focusing on the impacts of and relationship between state and federal regulation of drinking water, dam removals, tribal relations surrounding dams, ecosystem-based management, wetlands, and endangered species in California.
